About Us

The NCCU Sound Machine is a marching band of approximately 150 students that performs at all home football games and traditionally travels to three to six out-of-town games during the football season. The Sound Machine is a central feature of NCCU with many performances, outside of football games, with audiences of over 80,000. The ensemble is often featured as front page news for local and out-of-town newspapers and magazines. The Sound Machine has also been featured on television programs viewed by millions world-wide.
